Refund & Return Policy

Overview
We want you to be happy with your Doolkin purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy applies to items purchased directly from doolkin.com. If you bought your Doolkin product from Amazon or another authorized retailer, please contact that retailer directly to arrange a return, as we can only process returns for orders placed on our own store.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it — unused, with all included accessories (e.g., metal/magnetic plates, rings, spare 3M adhesive stickers, and sticker remover);
- In its original packaging; and
- Accompanied by your receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
Adhesive note: Because our mounts use adhesive bases, an item whose adhesive has been applied or used may not qualify as "unused." If you're unsure your item is in returnable condition, contact us before returning it.
How to Start a Return
Email us at [email protected] with your order number to request a return. Do not ship items back before requesting a return — items sent to us without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping (we'll send a prepaid label).
- For change-of-mind returns, you cover return shipping. The original shipping charge is non-refundable.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us at [email protected] right away (and within 30 days of delivery) so we can evaluate the issue and make it right — by replacement or refund. For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection or warranty law (including the California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act).
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We can usually cancel or modify an order before it ships; once an order has shipped, it must be handled as a return under this policy.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards;
- Items purchased from Amazon or other retailers (handle through that retailer);
- Items returned without original packaging or missing included accessories;
- Items damaged through customer misuse, mishandling, or normal wear.
If you have a question about whether your specific item qualifies, contact us before returning it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (processed via our payment processor, Stripe) within 10 business days. The original shipping charge is not refunded (except where the return is due to our error or a defective item).
Please note your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, contact us at [email protected].
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it — unused, with all accessories and original packaging — along with proof of purchase.
