Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside them. Please review it carefully; it applies to any order you place with us.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a separate email with tracking once it ships.
2. Shipping Options, Costs & Delivery Estimates
We ship within the United States via USPS and UPS.

*Transit time is in addition to processing time and is estimated by the carrier, not guaranteed. Free-shipping eligibility is based on the order subtotal after any discounts and before taxes.
3. Free Shipping Threshold
Orders with a subtotal of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping, applied automatically at checkout. Your cart shows how much more you need to add to qualify.
4. Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. P.O. boxes are accepted via USPS. We do not currently offer international shipping. International customers can purchase through our Amazon listings.
5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please note that carriers sometimes don't update tracking until the package nears its final destination, so a lack of early scans doesn't mean your order hasn't shipped.
6. Shipping Delays
We aim to ship every order within the timeframe stated above. Consistent with applicable law (including the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Rule and California Business & Professions Code § 17538), if we are unable to ship your order within the stated time — or within 30 days if no time was stated — we will notify you and give you the option to continue waiting or to cancel for a full refund. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control; we are not responsible for carrier-caused delays, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; reshipment shipping costs may apply.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the package to the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't locate the package, or your package arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help — including assisting with a carrier claim. For items that arrive defective or damaged, see our Refund & Return Policy; we'll make it right.
9. Taxes
Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping destination and our tax obligations.
